We offer a range of rooms, including compact Standard Queen rooms with skylights or small windows, and Business Queen rooms designed with extra space for working travelers. For guests who prioritize sleep and simplicity, our Internal rooms are designed without windows to create a environment. I had a really comfortable stay at The Viv. The rooms were well done and the staff was lovely. Definitely recommend.

Location was Great, very close to everything needed but far out enough that it isn't noisy and overwhelming when being in a city CBD. Room and Amenities were nice, mordern (compared to a few hotels in this city that I've stayed at), clean and beautifully stocked; my only gripe would be the bed is a bit too high and I can see someoneeasily hurting themselves by banging their shins or knees getting on or off the bed. Reception provide an easy going, relaxed atmosphere with crystal clear instructions at Check in and Check Out. Gabriel and Evelyn are absolute Stars! Definitely would stay again!

Amazing value for money and my pick for a cosy budget stay in town! I love the friendly staff and warm welcoming service. The rooms are cost and comfortable. I’ve stayed here frequently. I upgraded to a business queen room for a lovely room over Wellington inner city, felt like a local! The Viv is cosy, stylish, and in great central location (5 mins walk from Courtenay place and 2 mins from Tory street). You’re surrounded by hidden gems, supermarket, tech stores, fast food (like KFC) and some or the best cafes and restaurants in Wellington 🙌🏽 The airport was less than 15 mins away which is a bonus! For the price, the Viv is hard to beat! You can even find it cheaper than some back packers and older motels in the area. Definitely the best value stays in Wellies! Will definitely return.

Service was terrible, On check in and check out. Breakfast wasn't ready, the heat pump in the room was stupidly loud, no spare blankets in the middle of winter. Loads of stupid lights that won't turn off during the night. Bed felt like a park bench. Would not recommend if you're planning to sleep there.
