I wanted to share some feedback about a visit my partner and I had at The Rutherford Clinic at Thorndon Quay on the24th June 2026. Firstly, I just want to say that Anna on reception was amazing. She made both of us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived and was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. Unfortunately, while we were sitting in the waiting area, we witnessed an interaction between two staff members in scrubs that was quite uncomfortable to listen to. From what we saw, one staff member (black hair in a ponytail) asked the other staff member (blonde bob haircut) a question, and the response she received was surprisingly harsh. Thanks for taking the time to read my feedback.

I would like to say my experience with The Rutherford Clinic in Thorndon, was positive, and very professional. The staff from the receptionist, through to all the nurses and the Dr who performed my procedure. Made it as comfortable and relaxed as it could be. I wish to thank them all, for a positive experience.

Brand new private clinic walking distance from Wellington. Very friendly team, super organized.
