Craft beer bar featuring live jazz and other musical acts in Te Aro
This place had a vibe and I was here for it! A good feed and good selection of drinks… just what we needed for our first night in Wellington. It looks like they have heaps of live music events too… so would definitely be a place I’d frequent if I lived here!
Hubby and I are visiting here from Australia and so we randomly went into The Rogue and Vagabond just for a quick drink, and then ended up staying for lunch. I thought it was more like a Goth or Grunge type bar, but the in crowd would call it Boho. Had a couple of wines then I ordered the Pork Bangers and Mash that had a slightly hint of mint in the pea mash and yummy mash potato and gravy and Hubby had a Burger. Service was fairly quick and to our suprise the food we ordered was really nice, thoroughly enjoyed it. They have Craft beer on tap too. Would we go back again?? Yes definately, was actually a really good place to kick back and take a lead off
Food and beer were good, staff was friendly and place was definitely the right place to go. However, when beer is almost as pricey as your meal and when 3/4 of the menu is unavailable, it makes the experience somewhat limited.
Fun, funky, good energy, and solid selection of beers and wine- what’s not to love? Well, the food is very limited but sit outside on the grass and forget the food!
Such a cool place... Enjoyed my stay very much Great selection of driks of any kind, the kitchen did a fantastic job And the DJ played some groovie, funky hot stuff🙏🍺 For me, it was to late for the LiveMusic...
