Excellent seats good view 20 rows from stage, easy access

Quaint old theatre. Fine for a comedy show. The seating has a very slight gradient, so a taller person sitting in front isn't too much of an issue. They charge $6 for a Kapiti ice cream. Which is on the extreme end of pricing. But offer water for free. It's a small foyer, so can get congested waiting for the Stall doors to open. Overall, a nice, central venue.

Gallery seating are only slightly padded on top of hard wood. Be prepared for a numb bum unless you bring your own seat padding. Very low backs to seats. Seats do not fold - you will be expected to allow people really violate your personal space. ACCESSIBILITY WARNING. 4 flights of stairs to climb. Very steep aisles, challenging for those that stuggle with steep steps and heights.
