Crocbike rentals and shake bar near Wellington waterfront
Absolutely awful. Bought 2 shakes and a matcha. Matcha was mostlymilk and ice with a hint of matcha. The shakes left a bad taste in our mouth after drinking it and didn't think anything of it. 15 mins later when we got home, the unsettling feeling started and then the vomiting. Something was just not right with the product or the preparation. Not returning ever again.First and last time. 🤢🤮
Absolutely one of the coolest and most fun spots in Wellington! The shakes here are next level — massive, over-the-top, and seriously delicious. You can tell a lot of effort goes into both the presentation and the flavour. The atmosphere is awesome too, right on the waterfront, making it the perfect place to hang out on a sunny day. The staff were awesome. What really makes this place stand out is how unique it is — not just your standard ice cream shop. Between the epic “crocshakes” and the option to hire bikes and cruise along the waterfront, it’s more of an experience than just a quick stop for a tasty treat. Highly recommend stopping by — whether you’re after something indulgent or just a fun outing on the croc bikes! Will definitely be back!
The Enormous Crocodile & Shake Bar is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is fun, the service is sharp, and the shakes are on another level — easily the best in the area. The whole place has a vibe that makes you want to come back the next day. A special shout out to Aston Christie, who went above and beyond. Friendly, switched on, and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone has a great experience. You can tell the place runs better because of him. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favour and check it out. Couldn’t recommend it more.
Great ice-cream with lots of original flavours!
The vanilla thickshake tasted like artificially sweetened foam, rather than ice cream. Awful.
