Excellent pub with a great range of curated local beers. The food looked good as well. Recommend.

I visited twice whilst I was staying in Wellington. The first time was fine. Good beer and friendly staff. The second was slightly different. The beer was good but the barman was a bit strange. I had difficulty understanding what he was saying and think that perhaps he was Irish. I was listening to a commentary on my phone and he asked me to put my ear buds on. I pointed out that I was the only person in the bar. His reply was that someone else might come in and I responded that if so, I would turn my phone off. He didn't seem to like that idea so I drank up and left. Weird.

Had a really enjoyable late afternoon here. Beer was great, pizza so good, and service was the best. Will be back

The place is good. The amount of food the serve is amazing and the prices for this amount is not very big. The beer choice is ok

English style pub with a cosy front bar and a nice spacious outdoor area. A great range of beers Spring and Fern beers available on tap. Owners were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The bar has a strong local vibe, a great playlist and a good food menu. Bonus that the serve pints and reasonable prices.
