Had an amazing experience with Anwar I think his name was, awesome dude who got me out of my comfort zone with glasses but I didn’t feel any pressure. He listened to what I liked and observed my picks. Would recommend to anyone to come here. Very attentive staff who are very friendly!
This review is a long time coming, and I’m writing it on behalf of my younger sibling. A few years ago, my brother walked into the store fresh out of prison needing glasses for a job he’d just secured. He had no idea how any of it worked or that an appointment was needed. The receptionist explained everything and later got the manager to come speak with him. My brother can’t remember names, only that the manager was an awesome Asain guy who was the ‘bossman’. Even though my brother was a walk in and certainly looked a bit rough, bossman gave him a chance, tested his eyes and ordered his glasses without asking for a usual upfront payment, simply trusting that this big stocky Māori guy would come back to pay and collect them after his first pay. He did, and he never forgot your kindness. TRUST ME when I say this is a place that will look after you, welcome you, treat you with compassion, respect, and without judgement. I had a wonderful experience with Jin and his team at Specsavers. They were incredibly professional and took the time to patiently address all of my concerns regarding the vision issue. What stood out the most was their genuine approach—they weren't focused on making a sale. Instead, they provided us with all the information about the available options and encouraged us to do our own research before making any decisions. This transparency and honesty truly made us feel confident in our choices. From our past experiences, we’ve also found their glasses to be of excellent value. The quality and durability have consistently impressed us, especially considering how often I engage in sports. Their glasses have held up extremely well. Their attention to customer is on point. Very efficient and know what they are doing. The prices as well were convenient for me (student). I got my Blue-light glasses, I love them.
Love this Specsavers. So friendly, fast, efficient, great prices and service. You walk in and immediately get helped, the optometrists are really friendly and explain everything they are doing and then someone helps you pick out frames from a huge selection if needed. You are never made to feel like an inconvenience. Great service. Thank you. This is my second time getting my frames from you. ☆☆☆☆☆
