Staff are polite & professional. Prices are pretty competitive. About the only thing could improve on is some padding on the 2 hard plastic seats in the waiting area

I recently visited the Johnsonville store to get new glasses for both myself and my daughter, and I wanted to share my experience. ​Overall, the process was smooth and professional. The staff were attentive in helping us both find frames that fit well, and I particularly appreciated the patience shown while assisting my daughter with her selection. The clinical side felt thorough, and we are both very happy with our new prescriptions. It’s great to have such a reliable local team. Thank you

Amazing service! From when I called to book an appointment to the moment I left the store, all the staff were so friendly, patient, caring and overall exceptional. Incredibly knowledgeable too. Keep up the great work team!! :)
