I talked to a nurse on the phone and Rea who I saw in person. Both made me feel so comfortable and safe! I felt really well looked after and cared for. Defs not a scary or awkward experience for me

Tiger Wells is misinformed appointment booking is efficient and regular. One must register with the service 1st. The new site is upstairs/ elevator with disability access also. This allows for discrete access, wonderful for all on the dl( down low).

Lovely staff but very difficult to book, constantly going to answer phone and often can't leave a message. Never texted me back my results, nor reminders for follow up appointments.

Great center! Really nice people working there, the doctor I did the tests with was so lovely, at listening, helpful and very informative! Thanks a lot for offering such services! I highly recommend this place.

Staff are respectful, helpful and welcoming, though only 3 stars as booking appointments is woeful and has been for almost 2 years without change: you have to be lucky to secure an appointment which are allocated in 2-week blocks. Previously you could book months ahead allowing for much better coordination
