They won’t do returns despite having a returns clothes rack and a sign that says returns on it in the store. On top of this they have no visible indication of there being a no returns policy anywhere written in the store. Feel scammed by this otherwise good 2nd hand clothing shop.

The female staff were very friendly, unfortunately the racks are heavily overstocked which makes browsing uncomfortable and slow and overwhelming particularly when the store is busy because you can not quickly flick through the items. 20% less items on the racks would make shopping here a more enjoyable experience.

Excellent shop many brand names at bargain prices. Perfect for a day out of retail therapy. Great variety, something for everybody. Charming Man on service. Great place if you appreciate high quality clothing.
