Modern hotel with guest rooms, a gym, and meeting space in central Wellington
A solid hotel experience. Front desk staff were awesome and friendly. A couple minor things like tears in the curtains and coffee packets missing from the tea chest. Has an active construction site adjacent to it (August 2026). Id stay there again :)
I dont stay anywhere else when im in Wellington. The location is so handy to Cuba Street and the staff are always so helpful and welcoming. The rooms are basic but clean and tidy and also decently priced. They have a gym on-site to but not yet tried it! I have made use of the vending machine near the lifts more times than I should have.... depending what room you get, you can also have a nice view of the city if you are looking towards the waterfront. Not so much the other sides of the building. Only criticism is very limited parking if you bring a car.
Highly recommend. I extended my stay as these apartments were perfect for my trip. I booked a one bedroom apartment via expedia. It was very warm in winter, decent kitchen (including stovetop), washer and dryer, great location to walk every where. Car parking is extra $ and uses a car stacker. The staff - from front desk through to cleaners - were so helpful and friendly. My room was on the back, so noise wasn’t bad and it seems a new build so sound proofed. Garbage collectors came in the morning - but thats common for being right in the city.
Thank you to the person at the reception over the weekend of the 6th of June, so lovely and warm and let us check in a few minutes early. Also helped me when the vending machine broke on me. Great location too with supermarket and main streets just around the corner. You can tell though that the TV barely gets used, so much dust on the remote! Overall, great place to stay
The room was spacious and contained microwave, washing machine and dryer. It was convenient and within walking distance of cuba street eateries. Most of all the staff were super helpful in solving our lost phone problems On check in the young man gave us a city map, which was super helpful Would definitely stay here again.
