Called late on a Sunday night to ask for help when I lost power. Was talked through the process. They identified that the fault was likely with Wellington Electricity. They explained how to lodge a fault and the problem was sorted quickly. Excellent customer service even though they were not required. Will definitely use if I need help in the future.

I was very impressed with both the prompt response and followup to my initial request, the ability to fit us in at such short notice, plus the excellent work done, for what was a relatively small job. They arrived at the time stated, completed the work quickly and with no fuss, and provided excellent advice on options for some future electrical work required. I will definitely use Pluto Electrics again.

10+/10 Super Tradies - cannot recommend highly enough. Jerah & Rory installed New heated towel rail + LED spotlights in our bathroom, added a low multi switch for the existing fan heater & tidied the cords to make it look like a built in/new one & installed a glass 2400 watt heater + double power point and a safety monitoring instrument for that heater in the lounge. Jan, their office administrator is friendly, efficient and flexible. Jerah is friendly, prompt, reliable, highly professional, and fast. He has a ‘can do’ attitude backed by industry knowledge and experience. At the initial onsite consult he offered product solutions & showed me visuals on his phone screen for me to consider, plus a couple of price alternatives for the light fittings. The heater needed research and he also did that online on the spot. The finish is perfect and all tidied away. Best tradies on our job (we had 7 trades involved). Thank you so much for helping our project to a successful and on-schedule conclusion. The lighting change alone in the bathroom shifted it from dim to light and airy. Visibility in bathroom mirror much improved too.
