Simon completed our bathroom renovation last year, so when our hot water cylinder unexpectedly started leaking, he was the first person we called. Despite it being a last minute job, he took us on and had everything sorted the very same day, which was a huge relief for our family. He replaced our hot water cylinder, installed a new tray and the correct pressure valve, completed all the labour and compliance work, and even rerouted the pipework so we now have easy access to the isolation valve in the future.
