I recently was in the need of a plumber for my drainage problems at my property in Wellington. I contacted the office and received prompt and courteous service. Geoff came out, assessed the problem and explained the possible solutions. Work was carried out in a timely manner and I believe the costs were fair. The site was left in tidy shape. They were entirely professional from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use this company again, when needed.
We had an urgent plumbing issue with our hot water tank overflowing and couldn't recommend these guys more! Fast response, kept me updated, and great banter. Geoff was sure to explain why the issue happened and what he did to assure it wouldn't happen again (even though it was something he hadn't seen before). Awesome next day follow up too. 10/10, highly recommend
Plumbing 24/7 are always fast and quick and also very efficient to meeting all your plumbing needs - they are very quick to respond to urgent work both after hours and during work hours - Mark and Ernie as well as there workers are very lovely and easy to work and communicate with - highly recommend plumbing 24/7.
No matter what you need doing, call these guys to get it done perfectly the first time. Mark and the Plumbing 24/7 team are the best in the business, and they work fast. They give valuable, no nonsense advice and have done everything for us: unclogging blocks, camera investigations of pipes, bathroom renos and even an all-new water main. We couldn’t be more thankful for the amount of effort they’ve put in to making sure our complex plumbing needs are handled expertly - we will never use any other plumbers after working with Plumbing 24/7. Images attached are the beginning of their water main leak investigation, and the end result they delivered once it was all fixed (they even did the tar-seal).
As an out of town landlord, I needed someone reliable and efficient to carry out repairs on multiple issues, Plumbing 24/7 were wonderful. They took all the worry and stress out of dealing with the repairs and the work was done quickly, to a great standard and at a reasonable cost. Very happy will use them again.
