Incredible customer service. I purchased some shoes from PBP on Cuba Street - I absolutely loved them. I tried one shoe on and was like these are for me. Purchased them - only to find when I got home that they were different sizes. I contacted the store and they were incredible helpful and saw to it to try and find the matching size for me but to no avail. They offered a refund and rectified the situation so professionally. Grace is super helpful, personable and has exceptional customer service. She has also got an incredible team working with her also. Looking forward to making more purchases in the future. Thanks again.

My favourite opshop. I had a great time in there today with Lloyd. We chatted, sung along to the music playing, they redirected me to more clothes of a similar style to the ones I was interested in, overall it felt like a hang out. Everyone in there is always really personable.

First of all, many thanks to Lloyd for his fabulous personality and warm welcome. I have to say Paper Bag Princess had the most realistic/reasonable prices regarding any of the other op shops along Cuba Street. Thanks PBP, you're doing a great job and a bit of a laugh.
