Bought on 20/07/2026 at night, am surprised to see in the morning already expired, I placed the feedback because not long a go also bought 1.5L chocolate milk same next day morning I noticed it’s expired, I called to ask them to check the milk items because not safe to consume, her reply was why you didn’t drink it same day😔do you believe humans around 8-9pm can drink this much of chocolate milk or even eats all those donuts? Should be at least few days until expired not few hours from buying

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am incredibly grateful to Geraldine Shaw and the Butchery Department at Pak'nSave Kilbirnie. 🙏💛 Living in Auckland, I had missed the online booking allocations and it was already Friday, with groceries needed for collection on Saturday. With a busy schedule, a flight to Wellington, and catering to be ready by 12pm, I was feeling the pressure. ✈️⏰ I was referred to Geraldine, who immediately put my mind at ease. She simply said, "No problem, email me your order and I'll get it done for you." 🌟 True to her word, Geraldine and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was organised and ready. Their willingness to help, exceptional customer service, and can-do attitude made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. 🛒✨ A special thank you also to the Butchery Department for preparing my order so efficiently. 👏 Outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism from a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Today I came to shop around 10am and my stuffs there are water bottles. I came to one of cashier and tried to put the water bottle into cashier area when she was handled other customers. And what I was shocked she talked to me very very rudely "LEAVE IT ON YOUR TROLLEY " with angry face. I was thinking 🤔 why she was like that, I came to pak n save always and this lady always treat me rudely but not to others. Her name is Puspha H and she is already 15 years (as mention on her badge)work at pak n save but she doesn't know how to treat customers nicely and racism because I am muslim. I hope pak n save company can read this and make better service
