Lawrence has treated me successfully for several months for arthritis in my knee, which meant I had difficulty walking. With the right exercises I am now pain free and can walk anywhere. But the most important thing that Lawrence did for me, was he educated me, particularly around the role of pain and pain management. I now feel confident to manage the arthritis in my knee, when, as it probably will, it reoccurs. I have really valued the blend of skilled treatment and provision of information which is a hallmark of Lawrence's practice.

I just completed a course of treatment with Lawrence over several months. I am in my 60s and started with lower back, hip and leg symptoms. I felt better after each treatment session. His advice on correct posture and increasing strength with weight training was invaluable. Now that I know the principles as taught expertly, it is easy to manage at home, takes just a few minutes and is improving my strength, mobility and capacity to do tasks such as gardening without any after effects. Lawrence is fantastic and super helpful. I have had back pain for years and have been batted around physios and osteopathic clinics with useless stretches for all that time. Lawrence, in contrast, gave me recommendations on strength training and actual exercises that have completely changed my life. I can walk and sit without pain.
