I couldn't be happier with my experience at Oscar Wylee. From the moment I walked in, the service was well over 100%. The staff were absolutely fantastic, genuinely focused on making sure I found exactly what I needed. The team went above and beyond to answer all my questions and help me choose the perfect frames. Nothing was too much trouble, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire process. The delivery was much quicker than I expected, and my glasses arrived in perfect condition. The quality is excellent, and I'm thrilled with the final result.

Came in for an eye test as my GP suggested. Instead of going to my previous practice I decided to try a new one and Oscar Wylee turns out to be a great place! Lucius-the optometrist was very thorough. He listened to my concerns, took time to double check and explained everything clearly to me. My reading glasses are still good so I did not check their selection. But the frames on the shelves look very nice and stylish. Highly recomended this place!

Shout out to Lizzie and Lucius who both provided amazing service. I went in several times trying out different frames, and then landed with an eye exam to make sure my prescription was correct. Each time I went in I had a great experience and am very excited to pick up my new glasses when they arrive. Great vibe in the shop and awesome selection - highly recommended!

I booked here by mistake and ended up having a really great experince. They were super friendly and very help from start to finish. My daughter is on the specturm and Lucius was super patient. and because my daughter is under 16 it was free. Highly recomend.
