Literally the worst staff interaction I have ever had, as someone who works in customer service I was shocked at how rude the staff was… left me feeling humiliated, used to love this place, safe 2 say I wont b returning!

I ALWAYS donate really good shit to Opportunity for Animals and Huha .... stuff that will sell. I must've had my invisibility cloak on that day even while waiting in the Newtown oppshop with bags of good stuff.... no response ....no words .... not even eye contact from the woman there last Friday so I dumped it all in the free bin outside. I will be driving to Huha in Cuba Street from now on. Good cause, my family have even volunteered at the Sanctary. Don't be so rude.

So normally when I donate clothes or household items I donate them to Newtown Salvation Army store, but I happen to be walking pass Opportunity for Animals and being a Vegan and caring for animals . I thought to myself I would donate some two new tops that were to big for me and two old hoodies, Anyways I wasn’t sure where to put them so went up to front counter ask the young person if could just pass them to her, she just gave that look like I was bothering her and there was no polite greeting from her, Just rudeness.
