Mr Go’s looks and feels totally rad. I’ve been once with the kids and once without them. Both visits were cheery and fab. The calamari toast is a standout. A genuinely exceptional dish. Textural, beautiful, balanced and fun to eat ! Avo and nori salad was also sneakily exceptional. I won’t race to order popcorn chicken nor the mushroom dumplings again. Can’t wait to visit again !

Plenty of room for all sorts of groups. It has been very popular ever since it opened on Taranaki Street. They offer small sharing plates that are perfect for enjoying with friends. All the dishes we've tried have been delicious. We finished with a matcha-flavoured Basque cheesecake, which was really tasty. They also have daily specials available until 6 pm, and they're great value for money. We're happy to come back anytime.

I would absolutely come back for another meal whether casual or for a celebration! We had amazing service (so sorry can’t remember his name- curly haired actor!) and were well looked after. High quality food and drinks, with a variety that makes sharing easy and fun. Thanks guys!!

The food was ready quickly and tasted just as amazing as it was presented. Packed with flavour and vibrancy. Very loud though and hard to hear my friend across the table. The back on the bar stools were very small and I felt I was going to fall off

This tucked away restaurant was a real surprise. We were recommended this place and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing, very well presented and delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. This is a must visit when in Wellington. The calamari toast is a twist on the prawn toast normally found in Chinese/Thai restaurants. Much more tasty. The pork dumplings were superb as was the popcorn chicken. All washed down with a local hazy beer. Highly recommend
