Miss Fox fitted us in last minute for a long, gruelling, fix-my-bleaching mistake… on the same day it happened, at an appointment time I requested! Everyone there was so kind and welcoming, even when we were so anxious about the process. I’m not sure how excited they are about me advertising this but it was for my teenager who is very anxious. Having her feel comfortable anywhere new is unusual and she settled in just fine. They were transparent about pricing (which by the way was the same cost as a similar job I had done elsewhere 10 years ago!), clear about expectations and managed to exceed them. This was all done with a junior stylist (which they were also very upfront about) who obviously knows her stuff and was supported well by other members of the team. Some of the cuts I saw during my 5hr sit in were phenomenal and gave me massive fomo! As someone who has only heard negative things about bright hair colour being put in at salons it is clear I need to update my thinking, because not only does Miss Fox do it well at the outset, the appointments I saw for touching up regrowth showed clients who all had gorgeous, still-bright hair. I can’t recommend this salon enough!
