After under going a removal of my prostate I went on the recovery journey as we all do. I researched what I was given to do and found through youtube that more can be done for recovery than just take half a viagra a day to maintain a possible recovery in 12 months. Through a client I found out about Mens Health Clinic. Mens Health Clinic revolutionised my recovery and my mental state of health! Their advice, their analytical approach and their provision of Trimix injections has been positively life changing! I now enjoy a fulfilling sex life with my partner, have little to no anxiety about my ongoing recovery and look forward to an improved quality of life post cancer. My Specialist was very interested in my work with Mens Health Clinic and I am sure he will be very supportive of others needing this support. The follow-up calls, genuine care, and the way she took the time to understand my situation really stood out to me. It never felt rushed or like I was just another client. Very satisfying experience with MHC and the staff. Started my treatment and had a bit of a lapse when communication ceased, however the consultants realised this and reached out. Following this the treatment duration was extended and continued at no additional cost until treatment was complete. Excellent outcome in the end.

After signing up in early February and paying for the full twelve months I received an email from my performance manager later that month then no contact from her for over a month when I emailed stating I wanted to leave and get a refund as I was still not having a satisfactory outcome from the meds and also the fact of no contact. After a few days of hearing nothing back re my email I rang several days in a row and left messages asking if someone could call me back and heard nothing until my case manager finally rang me (after a few more days) and at this point I explained to her the meds were not working for me and that I felt not supported and she said she would talk to the doctor about it and let me know. That was over a month ago now and even after three emails to her asking for the outcome I have still not received any reply which I find extremely unprofessional.
