Musical Bingo night at Mean Doses. Well worth booking a table for. Great fun and a fantastic atmosphere. Dave the quiz/bingo master does a fantastic job and Mean Doses has the best beer in town.

Fun little pub with good unique beers and free games and if you are a fan of no such thing as fish podcast, they have the episode recorded in the pub on loop in the toilets.

Great bar, such a great atmosphere and aesthetic. We came early evening for a drink before dinner and played some shuffleboard. Loved the free women’s products in the bathroom. Not a fan of the podcast playing in there. Great service. Also love that loads of board and card games were available.

Again, another delightful venue. A friendly welcome and a good selection of beers. I tried their first in-house brew the Mean NZ Pilsener. It would be interesting to see this place pumping at night with all the games tables going!
