I've always had such a lovely experience at Lumino The Terrace. The whole team is so friendly and welcoming, and I always feel comfortable whenever I come in for an appointment. A special thank you to Dr Joo, who is always so lovely and makes me feel comfortable and welcome whenever I visit. I really appreciate her kindness and care, as well as how she always takes such good care of my teeth. It’s also always lovely to see Nicky, my hygienist, who is so friendly and gentle during my hygiene appointments. I really appreciate the care and kindness from the whole team. :)

I can’t recommend Lumino The Terrace enough! Having always had a level of anxiety around dental work and having experienced difficulties with local anaesthetic in the past, I’ve really appreciated how understanding and accommodating my dentists, Jamie and Ben, have been. They have always listened to my concerns, taken the time to explain what they’re doing, and made sure I’m comfortable throughout every appointment. They’ve completely changed my experience of going to the dentist and made it feel easy and stress-free — something I haven’t experienced at other practices. Jamie and Ben are exceptional at what they do, and the entire team at Lumino The Terrace is always friendly and welcoming. I always leave feeling well looked after and confident that I’m in great hands.

I highly reccomend the Lumino Dental Practice! All of the staff are excellent and helpful and the service is of the highest quality! Louisa has taken care of my fillings with such care and skill that I actually looked forward to our appointments. Honestly, I never knew going to the dentist's could be such a relaxing experience.

Raewyn D Was really impressed with my hygienist, Keira. I have quite sensitive teeth and parts of my gum and she did an awesome job of working with this. Have had some pretty bad dental experiences but have to do 6 month checks and cleans. Keira was so careful and very good. Forgot to ask for a stress ball but didn’t need one. Thanks

Dr Preston and the team are so friendly and I always feel in capable hands. I've had a series of fillings done, and highly recommend her work. My teeth were treated with great care and attention to detail, and I always leave happy.
