I have been pretty dentist phobic for a very long time. These guys understand that and during the time I have been going my anxiety has decreased substantially. They are (usually) on time, take good care of my teeth. I highly recommend Ravi as dentist and Durrah as hygienist.
I’ve been going to Lumino Symes de Silva since 1997 for both dentist and hygienist appointments, and even with all the changes over the years, the level of care has stayed consistently excellent. The team is professional, gentle, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. It’s reassuring to know I can rely on the same high standard of service every visit.
After being nervous to have my wisdom tooth out I am so pleased I went to Lumino Symes De Silva. Harnie Jo was amazing. She was really patient with my questions, explained the whole process at my regularly check up and again at the appointment for extraction. Afterwards she explained after care and checked if there were any questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or dentist.
Went and got further work done and Dr de Silva looked after me. He has the most extraordinary calm and pleasant demeanour. I was anxious, he explained everything as the work progressed and it just made the experience easy. The tv on the roof above the dentist chair has always been a great distraction. Many thanks.
