Had my hair cut and coloured by Frankie yesterday. I have a very short bob and went blonde for the first time and Frankie has done such an amazing job. She has cut and coloured my hair before, she truly is a master, I have full confidence with her.
I was gifted a haircut voucher and booked in with Liis, who was so incredibly lovely to chat with and understanding of what I was wanting. She gave me the best cut I’ve ever had and massively improved the condition of my hair without any shame or judgement, which I appreciate immensely as a uni student :) Thank you for working your magic Liis!
I’ve been seeing Frankie for well over a decade through many evolutions of hair and styles, engagements, weddings, special events or just the regular tidy up. Nails the brief every time and even when you don’t know what you want she has a talent for creating something that’s uniquely and authentically you! Can’t rate her highly enough.
Recently discovered Luca Hair Salon after following Frankie there. I’d follow Frankie anywhere, but am so happy she ended up at Luca Hair Salon. It feels like the perfect fit. A gorgeous space, they use Oribe 🤯, the loveliest team & such a great vibe overall. Frankie is the best hair stylist period. I’ve tried so many, but none has “gotten” my hair like Frankie. This counts in Toronto & NZ.
$360 for a half head of highlights, I normally feel light and breezy leaving the salon, felt stripey (highlights) and frizzy/puffy (they didn't know how to diffuser dry, even though I had actually asked for a blow wave). They don't offer coffee and the salon interior feels a bit abandoned for a "fancy" place. Had the same experience years ago, wanted to give it another go but now feel confident to say don't go here. I normally get the same thing at other fancy hairdressers for $250 and feel and look great, too bad, gave it a go. In the morning I'm actually really upset, look at the choppy highlight line, embarrassing.
