We got married here a year ago and couldn’t speak more highly of Loretta! Dom was absolutely wonderful to deal with; all the details were taken care of which took a lot off our plate. The staff are incredible and went above and beyond in their service and demeanour. Atmosphere, food and drinks are stunning. Highly recommend as an event venue and general dining 💕 Also v LGBTQIA+ friendly 🌈
A wonderful discovery and an excellent evening! The setting is pleasant, with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. The food is excellent, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pizza is delicious, the roasted cauliflower is excellent, and the schnitzel is very good. The portions are generous and the dishes are beautifully presented. A great spot in Wellington that I highly recommend. I will gladly return.
After trying many restaurants in Wellington, we were honestly starting to lose hope and Loretta ended up being the redemption act of our trip. The food is extremely tasty, with vibrant Mediterranean flavors and beautifully prepared dishes. The atmosphere is cool, relaxed, and stylish, making it a great place to enjoy a long meal. On top of that, the service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We opted for the share menu, which was very filling and a fantastic way to experience a variety of Mediterranean dishes. It’s perfect if you want to get a good overview of the cuisine while enjoying a well-balanced meal. 100% recommended to anyone looking for quality food, great service, and a memorable dining experience in Wellington.
I am amazed with the quality and the taste of the food! Originally from Marseille (south of France), I can guarantee you that you will have the real Mediterranean experience with the fresher products! We came back twice in the same weekend! We had the first night the menu with the beef bavette which was incredible! And the second night the lamb! (Out of this world!). We could not wait to come back to this place all day long and seriously the level of satisfaction for the second round was definitely met!! The service is great. Staff members are soooo friendly, respectful, polite and professional. I worked 10 years in hospitality, I can tell you that the level of customer service and small details are making a big difference compared to other places! Definitely a MUST! Thanks for this great culinary experience!
This was my first time dining at Loretta and dining at a restetaunt in general, as I get incredibly nervous eating out due to my allergies, but it was a fantastic experience!!! The staff were so lovely and accommodating towards my allergies – Ruby and Anna were incredible – tripple checking everything to make sure it's safe. Overall, amazing service from the kitchen for accommodating my allergies amongst all the other tables. The food was also fabulous, would highly recommend! Thank you for such a lovely experience
