Sorry team. I came with high expectations about the food and left disappointed especially the entree, the main and the dessert. I had the pāua raviolis, lamb loin and choice of chocolate bites. Pāua ravioli was bland and lacked the taste expected from pāua with pāua taste lost amongst the ravioli and dressing, the lamb loin, the small pie also lacked the taste expected of a traditional lamb dish very bland. Left very disappointed with the dishes especially given the one start Michelin rating and price. I don’t mind paying high prices for dishes but not when they lack quality and taste. However the service and atmosphere was very good.

Went here this week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Ordered the 6 course degustation and was not disappointed. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted superb. It was hard to pick a favourite dish, but if pushed I’d say the duck, followed closely by the venison and the octopus/pork belly.

We had a beautiful experience at Logan Brown. The service was friendly and attentive, but the real highlight was the food. The chef thoughtfully catered to my vegan requirements and created a stunning three-course meal for Mother’s Day. Every dish felt considered, creative, and genuinely delicious. A memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Dinner at Logan Brown was great. Loved the tempura oysters, and beef short rib. But my favorite was the chocolate orange moose for dessert, so good.

Questionable wine matches ruined an otherwise excellent meal. If you go to Logan Brown you are required to order the prix fixe, three course menu (entré, main and desert). The food was fantastic! The Roasted Tomato and Eggplant appetizer was creative and delicious, the venison was next level good and the desert was delicious. However, I purchased the $65 wine match and was very disappointed. Only one of the wines was New Zealand, a NZ Pinot Blanc which was outstanding with the tomato apatizer. While the Chianti was good, it wasn't a great match to the venison and there are at least a dozen NZ wines, and literally hundreds of Aussie wines that would have been a much, much better match. The final wine was a cheap, low end port which left a bad taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively. If I was local I'd never go back and as a traveler, I have a hard time recommending this restaurant to any one. Not recommended...and of you do go, don't order the expensive wine match which was a complete rip off.
