During a walk through the Patuna Chasm, she had a mishap that required her to be winched out of the chasm—a challenging and remote location. The Life Flight team arrived quickly and handled the situation with incredible skill and compassion. Their calm, professional manner immediately put my sister-in-law at ease, making her feel safe and cared for despite the distressing circumstances. It was clear we were in the hands of true experts. What an incredible service. I was winched out of a steep gully after crashing my MTB and dislocating my shoulder. My paramedic Hannah and her team were so professional and made a pretty stressful event so much easier than it could have been without their quick response. So grateful, thanks team.
