I have been a patient here for a few years now and I'm happy with the service I've been provided. Initially, it was a bit hit or miss with finding the right doctor for me but now I've found a few doctors that I wholeheartedly trust with my medical issues (In particular Dr Sian and Dr Bridget). The reception staff are pleasant & helpful, and Kat the Health Improvement Practitioner has made a significant impact on my livelihood. I haven't met the nurses yet but I'm sure they're lovely too ☺️

Really disgusted with the outcome of my mums experience at this medical center. My brother transferred Mums doctors when she moved into Johnsonville 4 yrs ago. Mum was a regular patient with High Blood pressure. A phone call to say Mum will be moved from their medical center because she had a bill for $19 outstanding from 2 years ago. Mum pays her visit everytime she sees a doctor. Where did this bill come from and why was she not informed when she visited last year and this year. English is a barrier for mum, im her contact person, why did no one contact me???? All I got was "im sorry thats our policy". Then she said Mum can no longer be a patient there because of the outstanding bill. The closest medical center for my mum and they refuse to take her as a patient. Service is good, dont get me wrong but the outcome for an overdue bill that Mum does know where it came from is ridiculous. Really disappointed. Any referrals from those reading the reviews please?

The medical staff and reception were very nice and it's a clean good clinic, but man that Dr. Owen Miller was really mean and presumptuous. If you get an initial consultation or appointment as a new patient, do not go with Dr. Miller as you will not get the help you need.

My partner whose medical records are held by these people has been having seizures today largely due to administration or management not providing an epileptic person with access to medicine essential for her to manage her epilepsy a month ago they again done this resulting in 5 siezures. Reason provided is she had been unregistered following a dispute of fees Denise had been contacted and informed amount was in dispute along with privacy issues

Just came from johnsonville medical centre, the reception and nurses were amazing at getting me in super quick and sorting me out. I visited Nurse Francesca Li and she was amazing, super reassuring, somehow made a painful appointment with needles and tweezers completely pain free. Much appreciated, I can go home and relax now. Thanks team ! ☺️
