Mixed experience. Dr Robin is a great dentist—reassuring, thorough, and did an excellent job fixing my cracked tooth with a crown. The allocated parking outside is also a great bonus.However, I am rating 3 stars due to two issues:Admin Delay: My ACC paperwork was accidentally missed by reception during submission. This caused back-and-forth follow-ups and delayed my treatment for over a month, which was very frustrating.Hygiene Clean: The hygienist was gentle and did a great job tracking my gum recession for future monitoring. However, some coffee stains were left between my front teeth, which previous hygienists at other clinics have always been able to remove.Overall, the clinical care is good, but the admin process and stain removal could be improved.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. First dental appointment in about 3 years. They listened to my concerns about sensitivity in my teeth when getting cleanings done and the cleaning and checkup all went very smoothly. As a good an experience as one can hope for when going to the dentist 🙂

I’ve been seeing Tee for several years, and she is consistently wonderful. She is sooo gentle and makes every session feel stress-free. My teeth are in great shape because of her expertise and regular maintenance. A truly lovely professional who makes a hygienist visit a breeze!

I had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Robin, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I have very sensitive teeth, and usually, cleanings are uncomfortable for me. However, Dr. Robin’s incredibly light hand made the entire process smooth and virtually painless. His attention to detail and gentle approach made a huge difference, and I could hardly believe how comfortable I felt in the chair! The waiting room was also a pleasant surprise—it was beautifully designed, clean, and very calming. The friendly staff and welcoming environment immediately put me at ease from the moment I walked in. The entire visit was so positive that I’m planning to bring my family members here for their dental care as well. I’m so happy with the service I received and grateful to Dr. Robin for making the experience such a pleasant one. Thank you so much, Dr. Robin!
