Thank you for welcoming me to your beautiful salon! From the initial phone call with Jean Jacques to set up my appointment to arriving a few days later, it was such an impressive experience. To watch Jean Jacques welcome each and every client, his staff echoing the warm welcome - I’d forgotten what brilliant customer service looked like! Thank you to Georgia who explained everything in detail and her recommendations. I left feeling like a new person, she did a wonderful job! Can’t wait for my next visit! Many thanks.

I’ll never go anywhere else again!!! Kayla and the whole team at Jean Jacques are all so friendly & welcoming and they really listen to what you want and are trying to achieve. When I first showed up there, I had frustrating issues with; an oily scalp, useless grey coverage, brassy (& super quick) colour wash out and terribly thinning hair. Kayla formulated me a ‘miracle colour’ (which included some kinda blue & green stuff lol) that really holds in my hair, doesn’t wash out brassy at all and covers my greys awesomely! She found me some amazing treatments that have sorted my oily scalp & thickened my hair and even recommended a cut that suits my colouring & face shape way better than my old style. The salon is beautifully presented, the staff are all super friendly and professional, the coffee (& chocs) are great and the head massages are to die for! I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Thank you Racheal from Jean Jacques hair salon for turning atrocious hair into truly tremendous! Great colour, cut, treatment, styling and blow dry. A real treat and experience with excellent service and delicious coffee too.

My hair was so thin and I just told Kris to make it look like I’ve got some volume on my hair. He did an amazing job and I’m very happy with his skill and service. Getting your hair washed by him is the lovely experience that I’ve got. I’ve bought some products that he recommended and hope it helps with my hair. I’ve brought my little one for a hair cut and he did it for free. I’m so shocked and don’t know what to say. Thank you so much, Kris. ❤️

4.5 stars. I went to Jean Jacques Hair Design because my regular hair stylist was unavailable, and my regrowth needed a touch-up. I was very pleased that I went to Jean Jacques out of the handful hair salons I rang. Kayla, my hair stylist, was very pleasant. I could see that she is really passionate about hair and she loves what she does. The rest of the staff were quite nice too. I also liked the friendly vibe at this salon. I highly recommend Jean Jacques Hair Design.
