Gentle, bespoke treatment, Anri figures out exactly what my body needs. When I leave, my body feels aligned, relaxed, and I have the best sleep. Anri has been my wellness foundation for the past four years. She is highly technical and specializes in body alignment; her stroke and pace are truly 'magic' for bringing the body and mind into a state of tranquility. I had a Seitai session with Anri yesterday and it was exceptionally good. Anri is a very gentle and sensitive practitioner. She was really good at identifying areas of tension and working carefully with my body to loosen things off. Completely drifted off during treatment and today I feel much lighter, brighter and easier in movement. Also, there's no soreness as is often the case with traditional massage. Definitely recommend.
