A wonderful dog friendly, off leash, beach. One end of the dog off leash side, is sand. And the other end is fine stones. If we visit more than 3 times a week the stones start to hurt our dogs paws. We stick to the sandy end on those occasions. Lots of good stones for skipping. Dunes to protect and friendly people to meet.

Great area for exercising your dog, also great for water sports, surfing, wind surfing etc. If your a plane enthusiast then you can view take off and landings at the nearby airport.

A lovely spot whether you have a furry associate or not. Stunning views of the Taputeranga Island and the Remutakas on a clear day. Also, I am lresuming that the dawn would look amazing from here.

Great place to take your dog for a walk. Whole area is off leash has a mixture of sand and rocks. When the tide is out plenty of rock pools to explore. Huoomans can enjoy great views of the South Island in good weather.
