Exceptional stay at InterContinental Wellington! From the concierge to the front desk, the staff is extraordinarily friendly and truly makes you feel warm and welcome—special shoutout to the amazing team at Club InterContinental. As Diamond Ambassadors, we were treated to a fantastic room upgrade. The room was spacious, quiet, and featured a very comfortable bed. The food and beverage selection at the Club Lounge was delicious and top quality throughout the day. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Intercontinental with a No 8 Tour for seniors to attend the Manon Opera. The hotel staff were fantastic! Courteous, helpful, happy and went over and above our expectations for service. The rooms were fabulous! Spacious, immaculately clean with tea, pod coffee and biscuits provided in the room! Our dinner in the hotel restaurant was top notch, beautifully presented and delicious, as was the full breakfast! So much choice and plenty on offer. Full compliments for our 1 night stay. Wish we could have had a week there as we enjoyed it so much!

Great place to stay. Rooms were lovely, comfy beds and expertly cleaned. Best part were the staff though, So friendly and accommodating, they really made us feel welcome and well looked after. Pool was very nice, the kids loved it. Overall a great experience. Will definitely be back soon 🙂

Beautiful hotel which one would expect from an Intercontinental Hotel. Superb front of house staff. Lovely bedroom, spacious, super bathroom, very comfortable bed. Surprised to see that there were no USB phone chargers in the room nor individual reading lights above the beds. Excellent bar with very friendly and attentive staff. Loved the breakfast choices but why not allow guests to make their own breakfast tea. The delivery of the tea and coffee took far too long and usually arrived long after the ordered food was delivered. Would have no hesitation to recommend this wonderful hotel.

My partner and I stayed a night over the weekend. Firstly the staff are presentable, approachable and incredibly helpful. Our stay was great. The amenities were amazing and clean. The pool area was clean and very family friendly. Room was tidy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and i would stay there in the future again
