The blonde was the most fabulous barista in the WORLD. She made our coffee with love and greeted us with such warmth. The vibe of the cafe was so wholesome. Will definitely be coming back and asking for her. A&G

I asked for an extra shot and watched the big blonde girl only put in one, although I was charged extra and the only person waiting for coffee. If you want effective service don’t hire people who give you attitude because their forearms are too heavy to make an extra shot within a 10 second time frame

In addition to consistently great coffee, the bakes are absolutely delicious. Pick up any item from the cabinet and you can tell how wholesome it is and how perfectly it's been prepared. It doesn't stop here, the owners are lovely and are always up for a casual chat, and connect with every customer at a personal level. On a couple of occasions when wife and I were wfh, we went there after finishing for the day slightly after 4 to grab coffee. While they had closed the indoor seating area by then, reading that we needed some quiet and a place to sit and wind down, the owner invited us inside and while he was busy cleaning up, he made sure to bring cutlery and plates for us. This is not just a cafe but a successful local business that has been built with love and run with the highest levels of customer centricity. Our weekly coffee and cake spot.

Had the best homemade Tomato soup served with lovely hot fresh buttery toast today at this hidden gem in Karori. The chocolate caramel slice later was amazing too! The dine in area and staff were both fabulous. It was my first visit of many to come. Very impressed with the range of yummy food available . . . cabinet, menu and scrumptious looking takeaway meals. Will be back with family and friends. Highly recommend.

We visited this lovely suburban cafe last week before checking into our AirBnB. The owner was very friendly and made good eating suggestions. The poached eggs and salmon was great & my husband enjoyed his pie. We returned later in the day to buy some prepared meals for our stay. Excellent Supreme coffee as well - pleased they could make me a strong espresso with some liquid cream - yum 😋
