We’ve been in New Zealand 21 years and the pork sausages we purchased from Gippsland Street Butchery are the best we’ve ever tasted. We will definitely buy them and more from them whenever we’re in Karori. A traditional, top quality butcher.

Friendly old school butcher shop that stocks some amazing meats and products. I picked up some of Bill's house smoked salmon on Sat and it was amazing. I had it on toasted sour dough with a little cream cheese. So good. Just the right amount of smoke.
