Went there for a dinner just 2 of us on the weekend and had a lovely time. We both ordered the steak (one ribeye and one sirloin). Both reasonably priced with fries and salad, and a very generous amount of sauce (the peppercorn sauce was amazing). Overall a very nice and compete meal. Unfortunately my steak (sirloin) was a little under cooked (ordered medium rare, received closer to rare) but it still tasted tender and delicious, just a little underdone for my preference. Fries and salad were both nice accompaniments. Atmosphere was great, with it giving off a nice bar vibe but with still a high quality food and menu for that mix of both worlds. Service was great and everything came out very quickly too. So overall very enjoyable experience and look forward to coming back again.

A lovely waterfront spot, perfect for having drinks with friends in a great atmosphere. The concept with two different restaurant areas makes me want to come back and try both. The staff were quite friendly and the music added nicely to the overall vibe of the place. The only downside was a bit of waiting at the bar to order and pay, especially when it gets busy. Overall, a very nice place to spend a good time in Wellington.

We saw this location while walking along the waterfront and decided to make it our supper spot. The tables & washrooms were clean, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was outstanding. Our server, Rosie, who managed to be both efficient and patient, was very friendly and knowledgeable with our questions. If you have limited time in this wonderful city, give the Foxglove a shot.

Overall, very good and better than I was expecting for some reason. I ordered the Eye Fillet which had a great charred/smokey flavour and was cooked well. And the sticky toffee dessert - oh my god! I was lucky to get the last one and I am so glad I did. It was delicious and just what I felt like! The ice cream just slipped in the photo, but it looked and tasted amazing!

Our dining experience at Foxglove Wolf was fantastic. The service from Zach was the best and he was always there when we needed him. He gave great advice on the food which was excellent and helped accommodate my wife in her wheel chair. (Give that guy a raise) We actually attended a wedding upstairs the night before and were impressed with the service and food. Great view, fantastic service, excellent food. Highly recommended. 🙂❤️🙏
