I had such a wonderful experience at Farmers Kilbirnie and I genuinely wanted to acknowledge three incredible staff members who made the experience exceptional. Jordan was absolutely outstanding — professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing amazing customer service. Nothing felt rushed, and the level of care and respect shown throughout the experience was honestly refreshing. Amit Vikram was incredibly patient and knowledgeable during the sales process. He took the time to explain everything properly, answered questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free rather than pressured. That level of patience and professionalism really stood out. Marcia was also fantastic — warm, kind, and highly professional. Together, the team created such a positive atmosphere and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. It’s rare these days to come across a team that delivers service with this much care, patience, and professionalism all at once. Farmers Kilbirnie should be very proud to have staff like Jordan, Amit Vikram, and Marcia representing them. Thank you all so much for such a lovely experience.

my daughter was a bit shy to ask about pokémon cards box thingy today , once i asked, the lovely lady was so helpful with to help her with the purchase. as we waked out, daughter was “that must be the most friendly staff member ever “ i didn’t catch the name on the badge , but you will know who u are , many thanks
