I'm writing this review to attest to the professionalism and friendliness of this salon. I've been there five times: twice for bikini waxing, twice for facials, and most recently for a massage with Rachelle. Each visit has been an impeccable experience. Upon arrival, Marion greeted me warmly and professionally, immediately offering me a glass of water. The appointment started on time, which was much appreciated. Regarding the massage, Rachelle took the time to ask me about my allergies and skin needs before beginning. The massage was extremely relaxing from start to finish, with just the right amount of pressure to release tension and restore balance to the body. The facials were also incredible: my skin was perfect after each session. At the end, they also take the time to provide a personalized chart with recommended products based on skin type. The whole team is very professional, attentive, and makes you feel completely at ease. I recommend this salon without hesitation 😊
