Had a voucher for a pregnancy massage and facial and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The lovely people there looked after me so well, showed so much care. They made sure I was comfortable with extra pillows for my legs, under my baby bump, making sure I laid on my side as much as possible. It was a gorgeous treat and would happily go back again and again
A great spot and service in Wellington. You go from the hustle and bustle of the busy city, straight into a tranquil environment, almost as if you had traveled to a another country. The single and couples massages are amazing, the staff and so tentative and ensure you enjoy every moment at the Spa. My partner and I have been many times and it will continue to be our go to spot in the city to unwind and work out those knots.
I had a very last minute booking with East Day Spa and nonetheless the experience was awesome. They were very welcoming, the Balinese massage was excellent, the masseuse professional with a warm personality, and I was directed back to the relaxing tea room after my session (perhaps because I'd rushed to get in I hadn't managed to make use of it beforehand). I will definitely be booking there again.

I recently visited East Day Spa and had a Balinese massage, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and professional. The massage therapist took the time to ask about any areas of tension and tailored the session to my needs. The pressure was perfect—firm but never painful—and I felt my muscles loosen up with every stroke. The therapist also focused on my lower back, which had been bothering me for weeks, and by the end of the session, I felt significantly better. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, from the soothing music to the calming scents in the air. I left feeling rejuvenated and pain-free. I highly recommend East Day Spa to anyone in need of stress relief or muscle tension relief. I’ll definitely be coming back for another session soon!
