Cocktail bar at Wellington Central with toasties, pizzas, and a heated patio
I will encourage my kapa haka group and whanay to visit here. Pretty sure this place is banging in the evening. But I liked the Kai and coffee on my own. This afternoon. Also. I left a review but don't know how to add this extra stuff. To the first review. Sorry. And thanks Campbell mihi Irena.
Great people. Very refined, pleasant and laid back ambience. THE best cocktails and toasties in the city. Superb coffee as well. Solid gin and wine sortiment. All in all, the perfect little place for literally any occasion, right at the beautiful waterfront.
We stopped here before a concert next door at the Stadium and ordered drinks / pizza off their partner restaurant’s menu. Lots of wine, beer and spirits and appetizers, and several pizzas too. We tried the 10 Little Pigs pizza (meat based with a spicy chili sauce) and the chicken cranberry Brie - both amazing! About 7-8 in pizzas so perfect to get two to share for 2 people. Their outdoor patio area has string lights and is covered and heater. The server even brought us blankets as it was a cooler / rainy day. Great service and a fun vibe!
A quaint, quality treasure that is quintessential cuteness amongst the surrounding big brands. The service during my visit was seamless and fluid. Sometimes it's a real joy to enjoy the essence of "less is more".
Lovely cocktails, cool, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great ambience and chic decor. Super awesome all the time but even better in summer. Delicious ham and cheese toasties.
