Lovely customer service and the service itself was great. I got the deluxe head spa and my neck/shoulder have no tension anymore which was an added bonus. I would recommend here highly

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE FINE, WAVY, CURLY OR FRAGILE HAIR I had the head spa treatment and left in tears with my hair matted and coming out in clumps. Now it’s 10 hours later, I’m trying to sleep and it hurts just to put my head on the pillow because my scalp is so tender. I was first concerned when the staff member started vigorously shampooing and rubbing the lengths and ends of my hair, which is long enough to reach halfway down my back. As anyone who knows anything about hair care knows (and you would expect staff at a “head spa” to know), the ends of long hair don’t need to be shampooed and this just dries them out. Naturally, my hair was hopelessly tangled by then because she’d already been so rough with it. Before going to the appointment I had carefully brushed and thoroughly detangled my hair to try and prevent it getting tangled and damaged through the treatment. I’d also recently had a trim, which meant that my hair was in good condition when I arrived. The staff member then started roughly forcing a comb through my hair, from root to tip WHILE IT WAS WET. As she should have known, wet hair is very fragile and prone to breakage. She just yanked harder when she reached a tangle rather than starting from the bottom and gently teasing them out (again, as anyone who knows the first thing about hair care knows to do). I asked her multiple times to be more gentle. Eventually I had to demand that she stopped altogether because I could literally hear my hair ripping. By then she could tell that I was upset and that she’d done some damage. She said she would dry my hair after I’d re-clothed (after vigorously rubbing my hair with a towel instead of gently squeezing out the moisture like you’re supposed to). When I came out I could finally see all the damage she’d done. My hair was completely matted and coming out in clumps. I burst into tears. I hate to think how much of it she had already ripped out. She wanted to blow dry it but didn’t even have any conditioning product or heat protectant. I told her that I didn’t want to give her the opportunity to do any more damage and that I just wanted to leave. She tried to offer me a gift card, which I declined - I never want to set foot in that place ever again. She also tried to get me to speak to her boss on the phone. I was completely distraught and just wanted to go home. It was clear that they were trying to get some kind of resolution but there was nothing that could be done to rectify the situation or repair my hair. To be clear, I don’t have any allergies to products (although those that were used did seem cheap and heavily scented). This damage was caused purely through rough handling by staff who are clearly uneducated about hair care. As soon as I got home I did an Olaplex treatment, deep conditioning mask and applied K18 oil to try and save my hair but it still feels noticeably rougher and is visibly frazzled at the ends from all the breakage she caused. In short, unless you want to be in pain and leave with your hair in worse condition than you arrived, don’t go here.

I booked in for the regular head spa massage. I didn't get the lady's name but she was very lovely, the head spa massage was very nice, very good pressure and the water was nice an hot which was great. She gave some hand masks when leaving. Definitely recommend and I will defo come back 😃

I really wanted to love my experience (duluxe head spa) but I was so disappointed. Even though the therapist was nice, I was asked whether I would like light, medium or strong pressure for the massage aspect of the service. She put SO much pressure into the massage and into areas where I think she thought there were pressure points, but they weren’t, just random parts of my head and neck. She hurt my neck and the base of my head so badly that it hurt to just lie on my pillow that night. The products were heavily scented and felt cheap on my face and my hair but can’t confirm what products were used. I was so disappointed to spend that kind of money on something that made me feel worse afterwards :( Sadly, I would not recommend the head spa here.

Had a head deluxe spa & shoulder message🧖‍♀️ super comfy & relaxing. I like their room set up -warm & relaxing, subtle fragrance (not too strong but definitely relaxing) and gentle hair products (feeling light and clean) Totally enjoyed the experiences! Ella’s messages are superb!
