Independent optometry practice in Newtown offering comprehensive eye examinations
Excellent experience - professional and friendly, but more importantly, they actually told me I don't need glasses (when a similar Specsavers assessment said I did, but I could tell it was an up-sell). Instead of glasses they recommended some easy changes I can make (screen distance, rests etc). Feeling properly valued as a patient, not just a customer. And I will be back in 12 months for my next check up!
Optometrist was late back from shopping. Then proceeded to be impatient & rushed me through assessment. Not surprisingly, glasses gave me major headache so into the rubbish! Disrespectful, impatient & generally not a nice person to deal with!
Clear Vision has to have the best optometrists in Wellington. i have been looked after by Jayesh for many years. His indepth eye knowledge and subsequent prescriptions have always been perfect and nothing is too much trouble. The after service care is also excellent. My husband now also goes to Lara and he to his very impressed. Caitlin on reception is wonderful also and very helpful with eyeware choices. Thank you team keep up the good work. Jo
Clear Vision Optometrists know what customer service is about. I have been going to Jayesh for many years and nothing is ever too much trouble. He has always provided me with an accurate prescription to suit my eyes which have more problems than just vision. Caitlin at the front counter is always so knowledgeable and helpful with picking out frames too. My husband now goes to Clear Vision too and is very impressed. Thank you Clear Vision for everything you do for both of us.
Jayesh is a awesome optometrist, he is very patient when it comes to explaining things, the lady at front desk was very helpful and kind, Very good customer service here, they also have awesome sections of glasses, I bought two pairs from here, at a very affordable and fair price.
