Disappointing Karen standing at the counter chatting to some guy with tattoos and insulting customers with ageist and racist jokes to impress her new found interest. I think it looked disgusting. I am from the US and I was there at around 10:15 am today, 14 Jan 2026. Someone asked for a backpack and she made a derogatory comment about the person and though she herself in her late 40s made an ageist joke. I think she was woke and trying to impress the Maori gentleman with a tattoo on his face. He was a good guy. But sometimes I'm your country people are woke to be popular and do take out their refuse men-o-pausal frustrations on other races. I have been to this shop many times and found wonderful people and the shop looks great but this Karen...left a bad taste in my mouth. The shop is amazing though and you guys are doing a good job.

Recently re-opened with bigger space. Furnitures in one side and clothing and others one side. Nicely organised. Should visit at opening hours to get new arrivals since otherwise sold soon. Really less pricing. Most of them are second hand but can find new stuff as well. However quality is good. You can pay and reserve things until transportation is sorted out. Even you can donate your things that is no longer needed.
