After seeing a number of negative reviews, I felt it was important to share my experience. I’ve consistently had positive interactions and consider these two doctors to be among the best I’ve ever had.
Johanna and Jesse are in my experience utterly fantastic, empathetic and have always looked after me and various medical conditions.
Except for a minor issue with a phone appointment being mixed up as an actual face to face, there have been no issues with reception or the Nurse’s here.
I would not hesitate to recommend.

extremely friendly receptionists. decently short wait times. Just about everytime I've gotten a doctor appointment its been free due to government funding (though it might only be given to those with community services cards). I also highly recommend Dr Andrew, amazing doctor very considerate and gets you what you need

Have loved being a patient here, specifically seeing Dr Kala. The receptionists are always so lovely and helpful and Dr Kala has always been so kind and genuine

This is absolutely a scam money making Medical Centre, do not go to this one. You will not receive treatment, and they will require you to return for follow-up visits, each time charging the full fee. I had stomach issues for which I visited Dr Johanna Heinau and she gave me a few tests and never contacted me back. She gave me gastric medicine, and my problem has nothing to do with acidity. I followed up with the practice, and they said the doctor never got back because there was nothing wrong with the tests. I went back to the nurse and explained that my stomach issues were still the same. She told me I would need a second consultation for more tests. I asked if it would be the full fee, and she said yes. They only conduct a minimal test to ensure you keep coming back for additional tests, each time charging the full fee. When I asked why the doctor could not give me all the tests required at once, and she said a doctor can only do so much in FIFTEEN MINUTES, you pay $80 and this is what they say to you. That’s not patient care, it’s business. You should absolutely avoid this practice and Dr Johanna.

Incredibly difficult to get an appointment, I've been left on hold for 10 + minutes, call within business hours and receive answering machine, transferred to the nurses station to book an appointment where an answering machine was received again, and finally booked a double appointment weeks ahead of time only to have it cancelled two hours before and a phone appointment offered instead. This is incredibly disheartening as a person with chronic illness who is in need of consistent healthcare. I will likely consider another business at this point, as it feels I am being forced out as a patient. Really disappointing.
