GP consultations and flu vaccines available in Churton Park
Most of the doctors will be away during school holidays , if they know they will be short staff at some point of time why should they enroll new patients , only cater to demand they can meet all the time . Just a disappointing service.
This is the worst medical centre I've ever seen. Here's my story, I made an appointment with one of the doctor since 3 weeks ago to see my son next monday. Today is Thursday and my son is unwell and he needs to see a doctor urgently. The receptionist says I can not have 2 different bookings (Seriously WTH!!)). Hey madam this is different cases for the monday and today illness. I have to cancel the appointment for Monday and I have to wait again for another 2 weeks to get slot. What a joke. I would advise to stay away from this medical centre..very disappointing.
Just saw a really arrogant doctor who didn't listen to a thing I said or address any of my concerns for my daughters health and unusual symptoms. Asked me if I had 'actually measured' her temperature when I said she had had one (I don't have a thermometer) which was highly insulting. After having a daughter for 17years I think I know a fever when i see and feel one on her! Came out of the appointment with nothing actually addressed, he didn't really seem to know what he was talking about and had to look everything up, but then treated me like i knew nothing at all. Waste of money and time, really insulting, obnoxious and to be frank dangerous and ill informed practice. We'll be finding a new place for both my children. I had already left as has my partner but this is the final straw for all our family.
My doctor at Churton Park is amazing. I have serious complications with injuries and health problems. Her professalism is outstanding and her care for me is why I can calmly work through my problems. I highly rate this place. The staff are awesome 👌
Excellent medical centre. New, clean, bright and friendly staff. Easy to get an appointment. Highly professional and caring doctors who listen carefully and provide a superior service. The nurses reflect the same levels of care and service. Streamline prescription service. Very children friendly facility with lots of options to keep them entertained. I have not experienced better care or service.
