Such a long wait when picking up medication even when there are not many customers waiting. When using afterpay you need to go to check out at the other end of store to pay only to find you're in another long queue then by the time you go back to pick up your medication and show proof of purchase you're in an even longer queue. It's horrible when you're sick.
Thank you to Q in Kilbirnie! I was struggling to pick out the right gift for my mum and there was this employee that helped me find the perfect one. This young woman was so friendly and helpful, giving good options for me to think about. I have trouble speaking to workers sometimes but she was nice enough to really help me and make me feel certain about my purchase. Thank you again Q for the outstanding service :)
Started off as a great place to shop, but now it seems that they have gotten so big they've forgotten that they still need to care for their current customers. They have enough funds to add a high-end perfume and make-up section, but can't hire a second person to work the prescription line? Every time you go there now for a prescription there is a minimum line of 3-5 people, and they never use the second cashier even with it being a empty. The waiting space crowds the already tight aisles and creates a hazard for elderly and those with mobility issues, so you have to pack in tight and everyone can hear your details in line because of this. Not to mention, a few of the staff now say "Cheers bro" and other familiar language when you would expect a bit more professionalism. Good range, but honestly service has taken a nose dive and several people in the queue were saying they were going to start going elsewhere.
I visited Chemist Warehouse to buy some basic medicines and multivitamins, and I was amazed by how huge the store was. With so many aisles dedicated to different body parts and different types of medications, it felt a little overwhelming at first. But the moment I asked for help, one of the staff members guided me with complete patience and professionalism. He explained how to read the product sections clearly and even walked with me to find every item I needed. His assistance made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The staff here are extremely polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help without hesitation. Overall, a fantastic experience.
Great chemist and very kind employees/workers, however I dont understand the need for the security gaurd to be following me in every aisle I go in (very off putting and uncomfortable). I didnt think of it as a racial profiling situation until I noticed his obvious following right behind my neck after every product I touched or even looked at EVERY time I go. Confirmed my suspicions after he asked me to check my handbag twice inside the store and once outside even after he watched me pay for my products (i was also the only one he asked considering the store was busy). Forgot to mention the random deathstares he gives me and a few other 'coloured' customers. Cool store though
