Convenient location & good variety. I hadn't shppped there for many years due to historically repeated poor customer service. A slight improvement this time.

A rare gem in the suburbs , worth a trip if you don't live in Karori, if you do I'm jealous, wonderful selection of beer, the staff member who was working on Saturday 10 December, was super helpful and really interested in our purchases .

Changed ownership in the last few years so the craft beer selection took a bit of a hit- there are still some just not as wide and impressive a range as previously. Wines and spirits haven't changed and the staff are friendly and helpful. Only a few parking spaces right outside so if it's busy it can be a bit of a nightmare

The staff in the cellar room are extremely helpful and friendly. The selection of wine, beer and spirits is good. Best liquor store in Karori by far.
