Wellington butchery and delicatessen with wild game processing
They ordered in sausage casings for me, and them I went to pick them up I also found that the pork belly slices were slightly cheaper then New World and better cut. They also packaged up a butterfly chicken for me that wasn't marinated in the spice and preservative concoction (we deal with complex food intolerances in our house). Last Christmas we got a haggis from them. Will have to remember to come here more often.

We enjoyed seeing the range of excellent products available, and we had the tasty pork pies for lunch. We stocked up on the crumbed sausages, savs, ham and the marinated chicken too. Yum! We will be back soon.
